Private Jet Charter service, serving Marthas Vineyard and the greater Cape Cod New England area:

Martha’s Vineyard (including the smaller Chappaquiddick Island) is an island off the south of Cape Cod in New England. The islands both form a part of the Outer Lands region. Often called just “The Vineyard,” the island has a land area of 87.48 square miles and is the 58th largest island in the United States, and the third largest on the East Coast of the United States. It is the largest true island of the East Coast of the US (not connected to mainland by a bridge or tunnel).

Martha’s Vineyard is located in the Greater Cape Cod area within the state of Massachusetts, New England, in Dukes County, which also includes Cuttyhunk and the other Elizabeth Islands, as well as the island of Nomans Land, which is both a US Wildlife preserve, as well as a US Naval practice bombing range which continues to be controversial. It was home to one of the earliest known deaf communities in the United States; consequently, a special sign language, Martha’s Vineyard Sign Language (MVSL), developed on the island.

The island is primarily known as a summer colony, and is accessible only by boat and by air. Nevertheless, its year-round population has grown considerably since the 1960s.

Martha’s Vineyard is easily reachable year round by ferry boat or, more conveniently, by private Jet charter service at The Martha’s Vineyard Airport (MVY). The Marthas Vineyard Airport (MVY) serves as the gateway to “paradise” for thousands of passengers each year. The airport is ideally located within minutes of all The Vineyard has to offer with convenient access for visitors, residents and businesses. Of course, your visit to the airport is a brief one and only a part of your Vineyard experience. Whether you come for business or pleasure, Martha’s Vineyard offers something for everyone. The island is home to some of Massachusett’s most beautiful white sand beaches and spectacular scenery. The area also features fantastic shopping, great dining, beautiful resorts, great fishing and recreational activities.
The last U.S. census placed the number of year-round residents at 9,520, nearly what it was during the height of the whaling days. On any given summer day, the number of people here might swell to as much as five times that number.
